Importance of API Development for Aspiring Programmers/Developers

In the first session of the seminar that starts about 9:00 a.m. in the morning through zoom meeting the program begins with a prayer and followed by Pambansang awit ng Pilipinas and opening remarks by the organizers. After the opening remarks Mr. Mark Anthony Estopace was introduce as guest speaker in his topic entitled Importance of API Development for Aspiring Programmers/Developers.

Mr. Estopace first in introduce API development is a set of functions that allows applications to access data and interact with external software components, operating systems, or microservices he also includes that enterprise applications businesses rely on to send financial data, inventory levels, and purchase order information back and forth between suppliers, customers, and trading partners. Next is the programming as we all know application relies on programming. He also explain then how API works and its importance like development teams can work in parallel, reduces the cost of developing apps, increases the speed to market and etc.

And then after his short discussion he then show us an application on how to use AWS or API with a programming skills specially the http methods and as what I have observe it is more on code testing whether the code is really functioning well. Mr. Estopace really showshis expertise in API and I have learn so much from him. The zoom meeting ends at 11am.
